7. Bookings, Payments & Refunds

  • When you book a service through TAARA, we facilitate the beautician/technician services for you.

  • Service fees become non-refundable once the service has been rendered, except in cases of company-verified violations.

  • Pricing may be updated from time to time.

  • You are responsible for all applicable taxes (excluding taxes based on our income).

  • Rates and fees may be revised with 10 days’ notice on our website, except for temporary promotions or fee reductions which may occur without notice.

  • TAARA is not responsible for unlawful acts committed by technicians or users.

8. Technician Background Checks & Liability

TAARA conducts background checks through direct and indirect verification methods, including previous employment references.
However, users should exercise reasonable caution regarding their personal safety and property.
By using TAARA’s services, you agree that TAARA is not liable for damages, loss, or missing items occurring during or after the service.

9. Payments

  • TAARA charges for confirmed bookings via your selected payment method (e.g., credit card or cash).

  • For credit card payments, we may obtain pre-authorization prior to the transaction.

  • Cardholders must retain a copy of all transaction records and applicable policies.

10. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.
Users under the age of 18 are not permitted to register or transact on the website.

11. Severability & Assignment

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited to the necessary extent, and the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
TAARA may assign or transfer its rights and obligations without requiring user consent.

13. No-Show Policy

If a client fails to appear for a confirmed appointment, the booking amount will be non-refundable.

Minimum Order Value

  • The minimum order value is Tk. 1000, depending on location.

We accept online payments in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via:

  • MasterCard

  • American Express (Amex)
    Both credit and debit cards are supported.

Quality Assurance / Quality Control Policy

TAARA conducts regular quality checks to ensure service excellence. Our methods include:

  1. Unannounced Visits – To verify technicians are properly uniformed and performing duties thoroughly.

  2. On-Site Inspections – Walk-through evaluations with the beautician and/or client during active service hours.

  3. Follow-Up Calls – Customer service check-ins after session completion.
